A little information about Binx

History

Binx has been visiting us a few times a day since October 2024. Like most feral cats, he usually arrives after 6pm and into the early morning hours. His visits are sporadic, but he does make at least 2 stops a night for replenishment.

Feeding

He drinks plenty of water at the Feeding Station and really seems to like the dry food we leave out, although he does enjoy the wet foot as well.

Cat House

In January, he became the first to relax inside the Cat House by taking short cat naps and bathing/cleaning himself. At times we have even see him playing with the soft toys we leave inside! Binx has been our guest many times this winter, spending an hour or more just relaxing.

Other Notes

We’ve tried to follow him after he leaves, but he is very skittish and takes off pretty quick.

Trapping

As his Right Ear has been tipped, indicating he was a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) kitty, we see no reason for trapping Binx unless we notice anything unusual with his well-being or physical appearance.
